CLICKEROT INVADERS

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how ClickerOT Invaders handles personal data to provide the game, protect progression, deliver support, and operate its services.

Effective:

1. Scope and contact

This Policy describes data processing in ClickerOT Invaders, an independent ClickerOT project, and applies to the game, official pages, support, and associated technical services.

For privacy matters, use in-game support or email [email protected]. The team monitors this address, which also serves people who cannot access their account. Proportionate identity verification may be required to protect data.

2. Data we process

We process only data needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

  • Account: display name, email, verification status, internal identifiers, and hashed credentials.
  • Game: progression, resources, in-game purchases, cards, laboratory, missions, milestones, settings, and relevant action history.
  • Technical and security: IP address, session, browser, device, language, access logs, failures, telemetry, and progression-integrity signals.
  • Support: category, subject, messages, replies, technical context included with a report, and service dates.
  • Payments: transaction identifiers, product, amount, currency, purchase, refund, or dispute status. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

We use data to create and authenticate accounts; sync and recover progress; run game systems; prevent fraud, abuse, and tampering; deliver purchases; apply reversals; answer requests; diagnose failures; measure stability and performance; comply with law; and defend legal rights.

Where applicable, processing relies on performance of the Terms, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent requested for a specific purpose.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. The provider handles billing, tax, risk, refunds, and disputes under its own terms and privacy policy, presented at checkout. We receive the transaction data needed to confirm purchases, grant or revoke digital products, handle requests, and keep financial records.

5. Sharing

We may share strictly necessary data with hosting, database, monitoring, security, support, and payment providers; with authorities when legally required; and in a legitimate business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Security and integrity

We apply technical and organizational controls proportionate to risk, including protected communications, access controls, operation logs, rate limits, credential isolation, progression verification, and backups. No system is completely invulnerable; incidents will be handled and reported when required by law.

7. Retention

We keep account and progression data while the account exists and as needed to handle requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal duties. The cleanup routine uses a 90-day window for telemetry events and progression-security records; older records are removed during cleanup cycles. This window does not automatically apply to account data, support, transactions, or backups, which have their own purposes and retention criteria.

When requesting deletion, you may ask which data must be retained, for what purpose, and under which retention criterion. Data is treated as anonymous only when it cannot identify a player.

8. International transfers

Providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use contractual mechanisms and recognized safeguards to maintain adequate protection without limiting mandatory player rights.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, portability, sharing information, objection or restriction, withdrawal of consent, and deletion. Some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

Submit requests through in-game support or [email protected]. We may require additional identity verification before disclosing, changing, or deleting account data.

10. Children and adolescents

Use by minors is subject to applicable age requirements and permission from a legal guardian where required. Processing their data respects applicable rights and protections. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Guardians may contact [email protected] with questions, to request data correction or deletion, or to report use below the permitted age.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy for legal, technical, or operational changes. Material changes will carry a new effective date and appropriate notice. Send questions and requests through in-game support or [email protected].

12. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to maintain sessions and language preferences. Your browser also stores preferences and data needed for game continuity and synchronization, along with technical identifiers for diagnostics. Clearing this data may end your session and make guest-account recovery harder.

These mechanisms do not give the browser authority over balances or rewards: permanent progression is validated on the server. We do not use this data for third-party behavioral advertising.
