CLICKEROT INVADERS
Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to ClickerOT Invaders, accounts, progression, digital products, payments, and proper use of the service.
Effective:
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using ClickerOT Invaders, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
You must meet the age requirements set by applicable law and age classification. Where required, use depends on permission from a legal guardian. This permission does not waive legal restrictions on access to features.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting credentials, and activity on the account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow unauthorized access. Notify support if compromise is suspected.
Guest accounts have limited recovery. Registration and verification help protect and synchronize progress but do not replace secure credential handling.
3. License and intellectual property
We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment under these Terms. The game, code, text, interface, rules, original art, and marks belong to their respective owners.
ClickerOT Invaders is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH or the owners of Tibia. Third-party marks and references belong to their respective owners.
4. Digital resources and products
Currencies, cards, passes, upgrades, benefits, and other virtual items are licenses for use in the game. They are not money, investments, deposits, real property, and have no cash-out or external conversion value.
Balance, presentation, and future utility may change to preserve the game. Delivered products will be handled in good faith and under mandatory consumer rights.
5. Monthly pass
The Pass applies to the stated calendar month and is not a subscription. Each month is an independent offer that may or may not be available and may contain different content, price, and tracks. Access ends on the displayed date without automatic renewal.
6. Payments
The store offers digital products for real-money payment. The contents and price of each offer are presented before purchase confirmation. Purchases require a registered account with a verified email address.
Purchases are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Review the final price, currency, taxes, payment methods, and terms presented before confirming. The provider makes transaction confirmations and receipts available. In-game delivery requires valid payment confirmation.
7. Refunds, disputes, and resource reversal
Refund requests and cancellation rights are handled by the provider responsible for the transaction under applicable law, its terms, and purchase circumstances. You may also contact [email protected] for assistance. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
When a refund, chargeback, dispute, or reversal is approved or applied, delivered currencies and resources are deducted in the confirmed proportion even if already spent. Balances may become negative and future earnings automatically repay them. Recurring deliveries and future pass rewards are reduced by the same proportion, as is the gold bonus. Indivisible unlocks, such as an extra research bench, are suspended upon any reversal until it is canceled. A full reversal removes the entire product and its benefits; a canceled reversal restores resources and benefits in the proportion confirmed by the processor.
Duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent requests may result in account restrictions, subject to applicable legal rights.
8. Progression integrity
The economy, purchases, permanent progression actions, and combat results are calculated and validated by the server. Only expeditions completed and fully validated by the server are eligible for ranking. Modifying the client, unauthorized automation, fabricating results, exploiting defects, tampering with requests, bypassing limits, or obtaining resources contrary to the rules is prohibited.
We may reject invalid actions, correct or reverse progress, remove ranking eligibility, limit features, and suspend accounts when consistent abuse signals exist. Authorized local testing does not grant resources or progress on the VPS.
9. Conduct
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, send illegal content, access another person's data, overload systems, distribute malware, or harm other players. Support reports must be truthful and service-related.
10. Availability and changes
We may fix, update, balance, interrupt, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to preserve progress and communicate material changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and contact support about account treatment. We may proportionally suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, or legal duties, subject to mandatory rights.
12. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee specific results, compatibility with every device, or preservation against causes outside reasonable control.
We do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from misuse, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights prevail in a conflict.
13. Applicable rights, changes, and contact
These Terms respect the laws and mandatory rights applicable to the player, including consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. You may contact support to try to resolve an issue without limiting your access to the competent authorities.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or product changes. Material changes will have a new effective date and appropriate notice. Use in-game support or email [email protected], including when you cannot access your account.
14. Card packs and randomized results
Card packs grant randomized results determined by the server. The stated quantity is the number of draws, not distinct cards. The Gem cost or availability of a free summon appears in the game before opening. Card-choice credits are a separate feature: they let you select a card from eligible options without a random draw.
Before opening a pack, consult the information button (i) in the card panel for base rarity odds and duplicate rules. The following conditions apply:
- Draws consider only cards unlocked by your Arsenal level. Base rarity odds are redistributed proportionally among available rarities. Cards of the same rarity may have different draw weights; rarity odds are not the individual odds of each card.
- Each draw contributes to Arsenal progression. If it levels up while a pack is being opened, additional cards may become eligible for subsequent draws within that same pack.
- Cards may repeat within one pack or across different packs. No specific card or rarity is guaranteed, and previous attempts do not accumulate a guarantee. The first summon from the free starter pack will grant an undiscovered card if any are available among eligible cards.
- Duplicates of cards that are not yet maxed grant copies for upgrades. Once a card reaches six stars, further duplicates automatically convert to Gems: common 1, uncommon 2, rare 3, epic 4, and legendary 5. This internal conversion is not a refund and cannot be cashed out.
- Offering and accessing randomized packs are subject to applicable legal and age restrictions.
- The payment conditions in section 6 apply to purchases of Gems used to open packs. Free offers remain subject to applicable legal and age restrictions.
- Randomized results do not limit mandatory consumer rights or the right to report charging, opening, or delivery failures. Use in-game support or [email protected] for these issues; refund and reversal rules appear in section 7.
