1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using ClickerOT, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the game.

Minimum age: ClickerOT is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under 18 must have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use paid services.

2. Description of the Service

ClickerOT is an online clicker RPG that offers character progression, combat, equipment, virtual currencies, and other related features.

The game may be available in alpha, beta, or final versions. During testing phases, errors, downtime, content and balance changes, and progress resets may occur.

3. Rules of Conduct

ClickerOT may intervene in harmful behavior within the game, on the official website, or on other platforms related to the service.

3.1 Names

• Names that impersonate team members or administrators are prohibited;
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate names are not permitted;
• Names that violate these rules may be changed or removed.

3.2 Cheating

• Exploiting or abusing bugs is prohibited;
• Bots, macros, external automation, or unauthorized programs are not permitted;
• Modifying the client or manipulating server communications to gain an advantage is prohibited;
• Users must cooperate with checks performed by the administration;
• Reports must be submitted responsibly and truthfully.

3.3 Messages and statements

• Harassment, threats, racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of discrimination are not permitted;
• Do not share or request another user's personal information;
• Advertising products, services, or games without authorization is prohibited;
• Spam and repeated messages are not permitted.

3.4 Sales and transfers

• Accounts, characters, Diamonds, items, and progress may not be sold or transferred outside systems authorized by ClickerOT;
• Fraud and unauthorized transactions may result in suspension or permanent banning.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by secure and trusted external providers.

• Prices may be changed with prior notice;
• Payments are processed in a protected environment;
• ClickerOT does not store complete credit card information on its servers;
• Refund requests may be submitted within seven days of purchase;
• Refunds will be reviewed according to applicable law, the purchase conditions, and consumption of the acquired content;
• Fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, or attempted fraud may result in account suspension.

Diamonds and other virtual resources are not money, investments, or cryptoassets, do not earn interest, and have no withdrawal value.

5. Appropriate Content and Conduct

ClickerOT may remove inappropriate content and take measures to maintain a safe environment for its users.

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment or discrimination;
• Illegal or sexually explicit content;
• Threats or abusive behavior;
• Fraud or attempts to harm other users;
• Improper disclosure of personal information.

Reporting channels may be made available in the game or through official ClickerOT channels.

6. Penalties

Violations or attempted violations of these Terms may result in:

• A warning;
• Name changes;
• Removal of items, currencies, or improperly obtained advantages;
• Feature restrictions;
• Temporary suspension;
• Permanent deletion of characters or accounts.

In cases of fraud, bug abuse, or cheating, items, progress, and accounts may be removed without compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

ClickerOT is an independent project and is not affiliated with CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH.

Original ClickerOT content is protected by applicable laws. Components belonging to third parties remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

Copying, distributing, selling, or commercially exploiting ClickerOT content without authorization is not permitted.

8. Availability and Maintenance

ClickerOT will seek to keep its services available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, updates, security, or other reasons.

The game and its rules, content, systems, items, currencies, and balance may change over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClickerOT is provided “as is” and as available, without a guarantee of continuous or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law:

• ClickerOT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages;
• It is not liable for problems caused by the user's device, connection, or software;
• It is not liable for unauthorized client modifications;
• Liability related to paid services will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

10. Legal Compliance

ClickerOT will seek to operate in accordance with applicable laws, including consumer protection, data protection, and digital services rules.

11. Changes

These Terms may be changed to reflect changes to the game, services, or law.

Changes will be announced through official ClickerOT channels. Continued use after the new terms take effect will be considered acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
